Desktop / Knowledge Tools
A local-first desktop workspace for Markdown and MDX, built around plain files — with JSON Canvas boards, Notion-style databases, sandboxed HTMX views, and extensible multi-provider AI integrations.
Problem
Knowledge tools often hide user data in proprietary databases or depend on cloud services for core workflows.
Solution
Built a desktop workspace where local .md and .mdx files remain the source of truth, with privileged work isolated behind a typed IPC bridge.
AI Ops / Full-Stack Orchestration
A "quiet console" for AI support operations — an orchestration layer over ServiceNow, Jira and GitHub that normalizes every tool into one schema and shows what the AI resolves and escalates.
Problem
Support orgs run on ServiceNow and Jira, but the two never stay in sync — statuses contradict and nobody sees what automation is doing.
Solution
Built a single pane of glass: one normalized Request schema behind a single SQL boundary, with live KPIs and revocable role-based session auth.
